Issue of Equity

As announced by the Company on 13 October 2014 in relation to the participation shares, the Company has now applied for 6,767,209 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange for trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00am on 24 October 2014 and the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.

Following the issue of the above Ordinary Shares, there will be 1,022,540,561 Ordinary Shares in issue. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
