BREEDON AGGREGATES LIMITED (the "Company")

Completion of the reverse takeover of Breedon Holdings Limited and £50.0 million placing

The Company (formerly Marwyn Materials Limited) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Breedon Holdings Limited and the Placing of 416,666,667 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 12 pence per share, as announced by the Company on 17 August 2010.

The Existing Ordinary Shares and the Placing Shares have been admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the Enlarged Share Capital have commenced. Following Admission the Company will have 553,666,667 Ordinary Shares in issue.

As announced on 1 September 2010, the Company changed its name from Marwyn Materials Limited to Breedon Aggregates Limited. The Company's EPIC/TIDM will change to "BREE" and the name will change on screens as of 8 September 2010.
