Block Listing Update
Further to the announcement by Breedon on 25 January 2018, the Company announces that a total of 1,658,389 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued since that date pursuant to the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme and that a further 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading in accordance with the block listing which became effective on 3 May 2018. An update in accordance with Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies is set out below.
As at today there are 1,679,033,387 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company will notify on a monthly basis when there are changes to the issued share capital, and these monthly figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
