Major Shareholder Notification
Brickability Group plc, a leading construction materials distributor, has been today notified that on 24 February 2020, Promethean UK Opportunities Fund II LP acting by its general partner, 19 Street (GP) Limited ("Promethean"), has sold 28,987,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 12.6 per cent. of the issued share capital. Following this transaction, Promethean no longer has an interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company.
