Brickability Group plc (AIM:BRCK), the leading construction materials distributor, announces that on 5 and 6 March 2024, John Richards, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume-weighted average price of 66.50 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, John Richards is beneficially interested in 4,147,685 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
