Brickability Group plc Appoints Interim CFO

Following the sudden and very sad death of the Group's CFO, Stuart Overend, in November, Brickability has appointed Mike Gant as Interim CFO with effect from the 4th January 2021.

Mike is a highly experienced CFO, most recently having served as Group CFO at Walker Greenbank PLC, a role he had held since 2014. Prior to that he served for five years as Finance Director GB & International for Britvic Plc.

The interim role will report to the CEO and will not initially be a Board representative. The search for a permanent CFO has commenced and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.

Michelle Erickson and Dee Pattemore will continue to lead the finance department until Mike's arrival; the Board thanks them for their professionalism during this recent difficult time.
