Bodycote plc (the "Company) 7 March 2013 Exercise of Options
On 7 March 2013, the Company was notified that on 6 March 2013 thefollowing Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities`PDMR', had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2010 Bodycote Investment Plan. Onceexercised, the shares were sold.
