The Company has been notified that on 13 November 2024, Peter Boddy (Chairman) purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of £3.20 per share. Following this purchase, Peter Boddy's total interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by his spouse, Sarah Boddy) is 639,839 shares (0.37% of issued share capital).
