In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, Hollywood Bowl Group plc announces that Nick Backhouse, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of ITE Group plc with effect from 1 May 2019. Nick has also been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Loungers plc, which was admitted to trading today on AIM.
