Block Listing Application
Hollywood Bowl Group plc announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for an increase to the Company's existing block listing for a total of 500,000 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The New Shares are to be block-listed under the following scheme:

Admission is expected to take place on or around 31 January 2025.
The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Hollywood Bowl Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
