Block Listing Application
Hollywood Bowl Group plc announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for a block listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Premium Segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE. Admission is expected to take place on or around 3 March 2021.
The Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued, as and when required, in connection with the exercise of awards granted pursuant to the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme.
When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
