BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace with "Workplace Analytics", wishes to advise that it has today received notifications from new parties, being National Accounts Pty Ltd ATF Bluerock Ventures Trust, Mr Will Giles, and Scorus Capital Innovations Pty Ltd and Scorus Capital Pty Ltd together re significant positions in the Company. These entities purchased ordinary shares in BOS GLOBAL ("BOS Shares") in a series of off-market transactions from entities associated with Mr Michael Travia (the "Travia Entities"), a Substantial Shareholder, at a price of £0.09 per BOS Share (which represents a premium of 75.8% to the closing price of BOS Shares on 20th September 2017).

Details of the new Significant Shareholders are as follows:

· National Accounts Pty Ltd ATF Bluerock Ventures Trust notified the Company on 21st September 2017 that it had acquired 3,150,000 BOS Shares at a price of £0.09 per BOS Share in an off-market transaction on 18th September 2017, for a total holding of 4,016,222 BOS Shares (representing 5.13% of the total BOS Shares on issue);

· Mr Will Giles notified the Company on 21st September 2017 that he had acquired 3,000,000 BOS Shares at a price of £0.09 per BOS Share in an off-market transaction on 19th September 2017, for a total holding of 5,000,000 BOS Shares (representing 6.39% of the total BOS Shares on issue); and

· Scorus Capital Innovations Pty Ltd and Scorus Capital Pty Ltd notified the Company on 21st September 2017 that it had acquired 3,500,000 BOS Shares at a price of £0.09 per BOS Share in an off-market transaction on 19th September 2017, for total holding of for total holding of 4,202,938 BOS Shares (representing 5.37% of the total BOS Shares on issue).

Notification was also received by the Company today of the disposal of 10,450,000 BOS Shares by the Travia Entities from 18th - 19th September 2017 at a price of £0.09 per BOS Share in a series of off-market transactions. These transactions bring the Travia Entities holding to 23,450,271 BOS Shares, representing 29.98% of the total BOS Shares on issue.

Call Design sets a new standard for Workforce Management, while BOS GLOBAL's software sets a new standard for Workforce Efficiency. Both products will be offered through BOS360 PaaS, setting a new standard for Workforce Analytics to give companies greater control in making informed, fact-based decisions on their operational activities; Workforce Analytics is a combination of software and methodology that applies statistical models to worker-related data, allowing enterprise leaders to optimise human and machine resources.
