Initial BOS Time contracts and Gartner
BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace by collecting and reporting workforce analytics, confirms that the following commercial-in-confidence purchase orders in August 2017 have been received for its recently launched BOS Time enterprise product.
1. 200 licences for a Santa Clara, California software services company
2. 50 licences for an India based software development company
The Company is finalising a configuration of a BOS Time solution tailored for Workforce Engagement Management (a Gartner Magic Quadrant, see www.gartner.com/doc/3576217). It will be deployed for initial trials at Call Design's operations centre in Manila, Philippines. Call Design are a platinum reseller of BOS products and have a large enterprise client base providing a significant channel for sales of BOS Time. In addition, a successful outcome from the Call Design trial opens revenue opportunities via sales of BOS Time to the global Call Centre market.
The Company continues to build out its sales pipeline for enterprise with a growing number of commercial proof of concepts proposals under negotiation whilst presenting BOS Time to global enterprises in UK, Europe, Australia and North America led by Bill Brooks.
These recent events coincide with the Company announcement confirming its Patent relating to BOS Time being granted by IP Australia on 18th August 2017 (refer RNS - Patents Granted dated 18 August 2017).
In parallel the Company has entered into a two-year agreement with Gartner (www.gartner.com), the world's leading research and advisory company for the purposes of paid analysis and research for its BOS Productivity Suite (comprising BOS Time, BOS Meet for Enterprise, and BOS PACT products). Included in this agreement is Gartner's assessment of the BOS Productivity Suite in terms of its applicability to the many Magic Quadrants covered by Gartner, subscribed to by business and government clients world-wide. As a guest of Gartner, Michael Travia will attend the Gartner Symposium to be held on the Gold Coast Australia from 30 October 2017 to 2 November 2017 (www.gartner.com/events/apac/gold-coast-symposium).

BOS GLOBAL aims to generate re-occurring income through subscriptions of its BOS360 PaaS and supporting products, as well as through licensing of its patented Work Pattern technology. The Company's sales strategy is focused on building a global distribution partner network via Enterprise Software Vendors, Professional Services organisations and Consulting Practices.
The Company has a 40% equity interest in Call Design Pty Ltd, a profitable, Australian based, global provider of workforce management, focused particularly on call centre services, which has an established blue chip client base. This highly synergistic investment is expected to provide multiple cross-selling opportunities to both companies in line with BOS GLOBAL's strategy to deliver a comprehensive business optimisation offering globally. This investment includes the 1st Rights of Offer and Refusal for BOS GLOBAL to acquire the balance of Call Design on the same financial terms as the initial 40% investment
Call Design sets a new standard for Workforce Management, while BOS GLOBAL's software sets a new standard for Workforce Efficiency. Both products will be offered through BOS360 PaaS, setting a new standard for Workforce Analytics to give companies greater control in making informed, fact-based decisions on their operational activities; Workforce Analytics is a combination of software and methodology that applies statistical models to worker-related data, allowing enterprise leaders to optimise human and machine resources.
BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited is an AIM listed company incorporated in Australia, operating from offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
