Convertible Note Holder Seeking Security Interest
The Board of BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or the "Company") advises that the Company has received notification from its primary funding provider, Innovation Corporation Limited ("Innovation"), requiring the Company to grant a security interest in Innovation's favour under the terms of the Deed of Loan and Convertible Note ("Note"). Whilst discussions continue in relation to funding, Innovation is seeking the security interest in respect of the unconverted balance of its loan and the balance of the loan to be provided to the end of the term under the Note.
Innovation advised that its representatives are preparing the security documentation and will provide further advice on the sum to be secured. The Company will respond to the request once formal documentation has been received and reviewed and a reconciliation has been undertaken to identify and agree any unconverted loan advances.
