Company Name Change and International Patent Update
BOS GLOBAL Holdings NL, the AIM quoted software company focused on providing businesses with productivity solutions to drive efficient business practices and workplace engagement, announces that it has changed its name to BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited following a change in company designation in Australia.
The company has received notice from its Patent Attorneys (FP Rice), that its International Patent Application, No: PCT/AU2106/050832 for its Managed Services Provision Invention (BOS360 Work Patterns Platform as a Service) has been accepted. The International Patent Application filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) enables BOS to seek simultaneous protection for its invention in 151 contracting states.
