BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software company focused on creating enterprise productivity solutions for the global workforce market, advises that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was reconvened today as announced on 30 December 2016, and that the Company's Annual Report was tabled. There were no other agenda matters in today's meeting as all other items in the Notice of AGM were dealt with on Friday 30 December 2016 prior to the adjournment of the AGM.
