Notification of Transactions of a Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Henry Boot PLC ('the Company') has been advised by Mr John Trevor Sutcliffe, Group Finance Director of Henry Boot PLC, that today, he completed the sale and repurchase of 15,250 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a sale price of 198.25 pence per share and repurchase price of 198.75 pence per share, in order to effect the transfer of 7,625 Ordinary Shares into each of the Individual Savings Accounts (ISA) in the names of Mr John Trevor Sutcliffe and Mrs Adele Lyn Sutcliffe.

Accordingly, the total beneficial interest remains unaltered, being 512,955 Ordinary Shares representing 0.391% of the Company.
