ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the Annual General Meeting of Henry Boot PLC held today, Thursday 21 May 2009, John Reis, Chairman, stated that he had nothing further to add to the Interim Management Statement for 2009 that had been released on Monday 18 May 2009.
All Resolutions put to the Meeting were duly passed by Shareholders, details of which are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting on pages 75 and 76 of the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2008 which was previously submitted to the UK Listing Authority for inspection at its document viewing facility and a copy of which can be found on the Company's website at www.henryboot.co.uk. Details of the Proxies submitted in respect of the Resolutions will also be found on the website.
