Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement on 23 December 2011, Cholet is pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The resolutions proposed at the extraordinary general meeting included, amongst others, resolutions to approve the acquisition of One Delta Limited, a company focused on the development of products in the flood defence and military sectors utilising components manufactured from recycled waste products and a change of name to One Delta plc ("Resolutions").
Following approval of the Resolutions, trading in the enlarged issued share capital of the Company under the name One Delta plc is expected to commence at 8.00am tomorrow.
