The Company announces that 3,500 new Boomerang ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of share options.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and admission is expected to take place on 25 March 2010.

Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, Boomerang will have 8,914,731 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue.
