Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Preliminary Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2020

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 23 February 2021, to examine the preliminary financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The financial results will be announced on Wednesday, 24 February 2021, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
