Bunzl plc - Interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025
Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2025, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2025 of 20.2p per share will be paid on 5 January 2026 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 14 November 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 13 November 2025. The latest date for receipt of elections under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 10 December 2025.
