Bunzl plc - Interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2019
Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2019, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that the interim dividend of 15.5p per share will be paid on 2 January 2020 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 15 November 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 14 November 2019.
The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 9 December 2019.
