PUBLICATION OF PRICING SUPPLEMENTS IN RELATION TO THE ISSUE BY BUNZL FINANCE PLC OF £250,000,000 5.250 PER CENT. SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES DUE 2031 AND £250,000,000 5.750 PER CENT. SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES DUE 2036 (TOGETHER, THE "NOTES") UNCONDITIONALLY AND IRREVOCABLY GUARANTEED BY BUNZL PLC UNDER THE £2,000,000,000 EURO MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME OF BUNZL FINANCE PLC

Bunzl Finance plc (the "Issuer") has today published the following pricing supplements:

(i) the pricing supplement dated 14 March 2025 setting out details of the £250,000,000 5.250 per cent. Senior Unsecured Notes due 2031; and

(ii) the pricing supplement dated 14 March 2025 setting out details of the £250,000,000 5.750 per cent. Senior Unsecured Notes due 2036,

(together, the "Pricing Supplements").

The Notes were issued pursuant to the admission particulars dated 13 November 2024, as supplemented by supplementary admission particulars dated 7 March 2025, including all documents incorporated therein by reference (together, the "Admission Particulars"), in connection with the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Bunzl Finance plc. The Pricing Supplements should be read in conjunction with the Admission Particulars.
