In accordance with rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, Bunzl plc confirms that Frank van Zanten has been nominated to be appointed as a non-executive director of the Supervisory Board of Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. with effect from 8 April 2020. He will retire as a non-executive director of Grafton Group plc at the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2020.
