BNN Technology (AIM: BNN), a London-listed Chinese technology, content and services company, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT at 2.30 p.m. on 28 June 2017.
Notice of Annual General Meeting, along with the Form of Proxy, was yesterday posted to Shareholders. Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed on the Company's website at www.bnntechnology.com.
