Braemar Seascope Group PLC25 August 2006 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that application will be made to the UK Listing Authorityfor 148,625 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Companyto be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The shares havebeen issued pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Braemar SeascopeGroup Plc 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme and were purchased at a priceof 148 pence per share. It is expected that admission will take place anddealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 31 August 2006. Followingthis there will be 20,075,893 ordinary shares in issue.
