B&M European Value Retail S.A.

Block Listing Application

B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 133,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares will rank equallly with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The Shares are to be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the B&M European Value Retail S.A. Deferred Bonus Share Plan.

Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 18 July 2022.
