Notification of Transactions of Directors/PDMRs
B&M European Value Retail S.A. (the "Company")announces that on 1 August 2014 awards over the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") were granted to the following Executive Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) of the Company. Awards were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") which was adopted prior to Admission and disclosed in the listing prospectus.
Awards under the LTIP
Awards under the LTIP were granted for nil consideration to the following Executive Directors and PDMRs:

The total number of Shares subject to the Awards is 200,000. The Awards take the form of nil cost options, were granted for nil consideration, and were based on the listing price of 270 pence per Share. The vesting of the Awards is conditional on continued employment and the satisfaction of performance conditions over a three year performance period.
