Block Listing

Application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange Plc for the block admission of up to 12,924,723 ordinary shares which may be allotted and issued in due course upon the exercise of options issued by the Company with an exercise price of $0.75 each and expiring on 15 May 2013. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 11 November 2009.
