Berkeley Resources Limited06 December 2006 6 December 2006 BERKELEY RESOURCES LIMITED FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS Berkeley Resources Limited (ASX and AIM: BKY) ("Berkeley" or "the Company") ispleased to advise that its ordinary shares have today been admitted to tradingon the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The Admission to AIM is intended to broaden Berkeley's shareholder base, offerinvestors in the UK and European markets easier access to the Company'ssecurities and service an existing large portion of the Company's register. TheCompany has appointed RBC Capital Markets as its Nominated Adviser in relationto its AIM admission as well as joint broker with Mirabaud Securities Limited. The Company's ordinary shares will continue to be listed on the Australian StockExchange (ASX).
