The Company announces that on 24 March 2023 it purchased for cancellation 49,900 of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 6 September 2022.

Highest price paid per Share: 4030p

Lowest price paid per Share: 3977p

Volume weighted average price paid per Share: 4005.0807p

The Shares purchased on 24 March 2023 will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares. Following the cancellation of these Shares, the Company has 107,868,040 Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
