Proposed change of Auditor
In accordance with section 520 (2) of the Companies Act 2006, a letter hastoday been posted to shareholders of the Company for information purposes onlyin relation to the statutory statement of circumstances received from PKF (UK)LLP in connection with its resignation as the Company's auditor from theconclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2013.
The resignation follows the business combination of PKF (UK) LLP with BDO LLPwhich will result in PKF (UK) LLP ceasing to be a registered auditor in duecourse. PKF (UK) LLP has confirmed that there are no other circumstances thatshould be bought to the attention of the members and creditors of the company.
A resolution to appoint BDO LLP as auditor of the Company will be put toshareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2013.
The letter will shortly be available for inspection at the National StorageMechanism at www.Hemscott.co./nsm.do and also on the Company's website atwww.bisichi.co.uk
