The Company announces that, as at 30 September 2024, the Company has in issue 1,006,365,239 Ordinary Shares, of nominal value of €1.00 each, with voting rights (the "Ordinary Shares").

The Ordinary Shares in issue figure of 1,006,365,239 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company, under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended, and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules.
