The Company was notified today that Gutenga Investments PCC Limited has sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £4.10 each per share.
Dr Alexander Ospelt, a director of Billington Holdings Plc, is a member of the foundation council of Gutenga Foundation which owns 100% of Gutenga Investments PCC Limited.
Gutenga Investments PCC Limited now holds 4,707,985 Ordinary Shares representing 36.4% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
