AMCO Corporation PLC01 April 2005 AMCO CORPORATION PLCEXERCISE OF OPTIONS1 APRIL 2005 The Company today announces that following the announcement of results today, I Swire, the Financial Director of the Company, has exercised options over 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for nil consideration. As a result of this transaction, Mr Swire currently has a beneficial interest in 32,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.25 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. The Company also announces that today, D M Jackson the Commercial Director of the Company, exercised options over 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company for nil consideration. As a result of this transaction, Mr Jackson currently has a beneficial interest in 16,500 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.13 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
