The Company confirms that it has received notice today that Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust has disposed of the following shares:

· On 19 September 8,228 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.67;

· On 19 September 8,056 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.72;

· On 20 September 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.61.

Accordingly Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings Plc Employee Share Ownership Trust, now holds 403,557 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.12 % of the issued share capital.
