Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the in-game advertising and video game monetisation platform announces that, as at the 31 October 2022, the Company has 1,299,355,984 ordinary shares in issue.
This above figure of 1,299,355,984 is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
