ADDleisure has also appointedformer Boots plc Board Director and Clarat Partners LLP health and beautyexpert, Barry Clare, to provide retail and marketing consultancy services. Movers & Shapers, aimed at revolutionising a person's well-being regime, is ahighly innovative retail concept for health and fitness services that isdelivered through stand-alone, high street based studios or within stores. It isinitially being piloted in two key Alliance Boots stores in the London area withup to 60 Alliance Boots locations identified for a potential rollout. Offering personalised training to the public, Movers & Shapers providescomprehensive well-being services focussed on body shape and fitness, using theCompany's online personal health and well-being coach, Fitbug, in tandem withPower-Plate equipment, which uses vibration technology to stimulate muscular andcirculatory responses. Requiring just two short sessions per week, theinitiative offers a fast-track, user-friendly fitness programme to consumers. Additionally, through an agreement with Clarat Partners LLP ("Clarat"), BarryClare, has been engaged to provide retail and marketing consultancy services.Under the terms of the agreement, Clarat will have the right, for a period of 12months, to purchase up to 5,000,000 shares in ADDleisure at a price of 5p pershare.
