Bidstack appoints Camila Franklin as COO
Bidstack Group Plc (AIM: BIDS), the in-game advertising and video game monetisation platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Camila Franklin as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Group. Lisa Hau, current COO and an Executive Director, will now focus more on Bidstack's strategy and corporate development, as Chief Strategy Officer, whilst remaining on the Board.
Mrs. Franklin brings more than two decades of gaming experience to Bidstack. She was previously the COO at AdColony, one of the largest gaming monetisation platforms in the world, with a reach of more than 1.4 billion global users. During her tenure, she was instrumental in steering the business to a successful exit of $400m in 2021. Mrs. Franklin was also named one of The Top Women Leaders in SaaS in 2020 and was a Bronze Stevie Award winner for Woman of the Year in the business services industry in 2021.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Franklin has led engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams. She is also well-versed in managing complex cross-platform interactions and relations with clients, end-users, internal team members, and external partners. Prior to AdColony, Mrs. Franklin held numerous leadership positions across the U.S. and Latin America at companies such as Blaze, Navio Systems, Tira Wireless, Device Anywhere, Antenna Software, and Moovweb.
With deep sector knowledge, and more than 20 years of experience in the mobile marketing and advertising technology industry, Mrs. Franklin will operationalise and industrialise Bidstack's current growth ambitions, with Lisa turning her attention to strategy, corporate development and commercial partnerships.
This appointment follows the recent announcement that Jude O'Connor had joined the Company as Chief Revenue Officer to lead the Group's expansion plans in the USA and to oversee the Group's global revenue strategy.
