Rule 2.9 Announcement
In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that it has in issue 1,246,826,584 ordinary shares of 1 penny each. In addition, the Company has £4,000,000 of convertible loan notes which, on a change of control, are either redeemable in cash or convertible by the holder into ordinary shares of the Company at 3.5 pence per share.
