PDMR Share purchases via Employee Share Incentive Plan
Cambridge, UK, 21 June 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces Director and PDMR share purchases via its employee share incentive plan (the "SIP") which was established in in November 2022.
On 20 June 2024, the Company received notification from Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of the SIP, that on 19 June 2024 it purchased in aggregate 11,475 Ordinary Shares in the market at a price of 141.25p per Ordinary Share on behalf of those Directors and PDMRs set out in the table below. These individuals were awarded Matching Shares in accordance with the terms of the SIP.
