Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces Board Committee change

Bank Georgia Group PLC (the "Bank of Georgia Group" or the "Group") announces that in accordance with the National Bank of Georgia's Code of Corporate Governance for Commercial Banks and the Group's mirror board structure, Cecil Quillen, an independent non-executive director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, will replace Hanna Loikkanen as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 1 January 2023. Hanna Loikkanen will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee. The membership of the Remuneration Committee is otherwise unchanged.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
