Exercise of Options, Directors Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Begbies Traynor Group plc, the business recovery, financial advisory and property services consultancy, announces that following the exercise of options by certain employees, including a Director, it has issued 200,758 fully paid up ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares").
Nick Taylor, Group Finance Director, exercised options over 23,700 Ordinary Shares by subscription at an option price of 63.12 pence.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 200,758 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission of these new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on 23 March 2021 following which the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will be 150,838,644. The Group does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
