Begbies Traynor Group PLC22 June 2007 RNS Reach Release 22 June 2007 Begbies Traynor Group plc Launch of BTG Commercial Finance Begbies Traynor Group plc, ("Begbies Traynor" or "the Group") (AIM: BEG) the AIMlisted specialist professional services group, has formed BTG CommercialFinance, a new national broking business. The new business to business finance brokerage will be made up of teams workingfrom a number of Begbies Traynor offices across the UK offering servicesnationwide. The division will initially focus on the invoice finance market, a sector whichoffers the opportunity for reciprocal referrals for both the Insolvency andCorporate Finance divisions. Additionally, BTG Commercial Finance will providebroking services for a range of asset, transactional and equity based finance. As well as building on and developing existing relationships held with theGroup's traditional market, BTG Commercial Finance will aim to generate newleads for banks and finance houses offering a range of business financefacilities. BTG Commercial Finance will be headed up by John Landers who has over 25 years'experience in the invoice finance industry. He joins Begbies Traynor Group fromhis previous position as Sales Director with IGF Invoice Finance Ltd.
