BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC ("the Company")
DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company announces that Graham McInnes, Corporate Development Director, has today transferred 408,200 Ordinary Shares in the Company from his wife's account to his own SIPP. The transfer was carried out at a price of 121.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr McInnes is deemed to have an unchanged total beneficial interest of 855,704 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence, of which 258,472 Ordinary Shares are held by Mrs M A McInnes and the remainder of 597,232 Ordinary Shares are held in his SIPP. Mr McInnes's holding represents 0.96% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
