Extension timetable sale Convertible Bonds

Further to the announcement dated 20 September 2016, the Company expects that the Company's 4.25% convertible bonds due 2020 ("Convertible Bonds"), which were purchased by a subsidiary for resale in the secondary market, will be sold by the end of this year.

A copy of the terms and conditions of the Convertible Bonds is available for inspection at the Company's website http://www.brack-capital.com. The Convertible Bonds are admitted to trading on the Marché Libre segment of Euronext Paris S.A. The listing notice of Euronext Paris S.A. is available for inspection at: https://www.euronext.com/nl/listings/notices.
