Better Capital PCC Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the BECAP12 Fund LP (the "2012 Fund") has provided further funding to BECAP Jaeger (UK) Limited ("Jaeger"), a holding company of the Jaeger group of companies.
The 2012 Fund has provided a further £7.5 million to Jaeger to fund continuing business improvements, specifically capital expenditure to open new freestanding stores, improve existing sites and bring additional capability to the online offering. This follows strong Christmas trading at Jaeger, and brings the total level of investment and commitment in Jaeger to £47.5m.
Further funding may be provided later in the year should sufficient opportunities for further expansion be available.
