Distribution of Capital

Further to Better Capital PCC Limited's (the "Company") announcement on 2 December 2015 following the disposal of Santia Holdco Limited, the General Partner of BECAP Fund LP has authorised a £35.3 million repayment to the Company's 2009 Cell. Having considered the working capital requirements of the 2009 Cell, the directors of the Company are pleased to confirm a third distribution of capital of 17.0 pence per ordinary share to all shareholders of the 2009 Cell. In line with the previous distributions, this distribution of £35.2 million will be treated by the Company as a reduction of share capital paid out of monies attributed to the "share capital account".

The three capital distributions (reductions of share capital) announced to date for the 2009 Cell total £61.6 million, c. 29.3 per cent. of funds raised.
