FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS ON THE MAIN MARKET
On 10 June 2010, Better Capital Limited announced the details of a proposed migration to the Official List and a share issue to raise gross proceeds of £67.6 million through a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer.
The Company today announces that its shares have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange for listed securities ("Admission"). Following cancellation of trading in the ordinary shares of the Company on AIM, dealings in the ordinary shares of the Company will commence on the London Stock Exchange's main market today at 8.00 am.
Definitions used in the prospectus published by the Company dated 10 June 2010 (the "Prospectus") shall have the same meanings when used in this announcement unless the context otherwise requires.
